We currently ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on every order—no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.
5. Courier Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers including: Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax, and others. All shipments are trackable through the tracking link provided once your order is shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or failure to accept delivery, we will notify you. Re-delivery can be arranged, and additional shipping charges (if applicable) may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
In case your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@verdictvaults.com with your order details and, if applicable, a photo of the damaged item. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve it promptly.
